1. Membership
ISAM Startup Group provides a members-only collaboration network, including a directory of shared APIs and datasets, content, and community access. Membership is granted per company and billed as a recurring subscription to the tier you select.
2. Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for the subscription and any applicable usage-based fees for API calls and dataset egress beyond your tier's included amounts.
3. Nonrefundable activation fee
A one-time activation fee of $39 is charged at signup. This fee covers account provisioning, onboarding, and transaction processing. The activation fee is nonrefundable and is not returned if you cancel, downgrade, or are refunded any portion of your subscription. By completing checkout you acknowledge and agree to this term.
4. Subscription refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period begins. If we choose to issue a refund, it applies only to the subscription portion of your charge — never to the activation fee.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the payment system (including fraudulent chargebacks), share access credentials outside your company, or misuse other members' APIs or datasets beyond the terms each member sets for their listings.
