What counts as an API call or egress?

API calls are requests routed through the shared member gateway to any published API. Dataset egress is data transferred out of member data rooms and hub-hosted datasets. Both are metered per billing period.

What's the cheapest way in?

Explorer is $12/mo — a low entry point that gives you full read access to the hub, community Slack, and a rate-limited sandbox key. Upgrade to Orbit when you're ready to publish and integrate.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes — a one-time, nonrefundable $39 activation fee at signup covers account provisioning, onboarding, and payment processing. It's separate from your subscription and isn't returned on cancellation or refund.

How do private data rooms work?

Constellation and Enterprise members get NDA-gated data rooms — share sensitive datasets or APIs with a specific set of member companies only, with full access controls and audit trails.

Do you support annual billing?
